How It Works

Monthly payments go toward owning the harp you have.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or return your harp at any time.

All payments, including the down payment, are non-refundable.
Note: A new harp will not be shipped until the previous harp is returned and passes inspection.
Returns
You may return your harp at any time.
Customers are responsible for:

Return shipping

Any duties or taxes

Ensuring proper packaging (original box recommended)
All returned harps undergo inspection. Your rental will be canceled once the harp passes inspection. Repair costs may apply for damage beyond normal wear.
Care & Responsibility
While the harp is in your possession, you are responsible for:

Proper care, tuning, and maintenance

Protecting it from damage, humidity, and heat
-
Keeping it secure from loss or theft
If a harp is lost, stolen, or irreparably damaged, you are responsible for the remaining balance of its purchase price.
Payments

Payments must be made on schedule.

Late or missed payments may incur fees.

If payments lapse, the harp may need to be returned or the balance paid in full.
Shipping & Exchanges
For swaps or upgrades:

The original harp must be returned and inspected first.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and fees.
