A 20% down payment + shipping starts your plan.

How It Works

• Monthly payments apply directly toward the purchase price of your selected harp.

• You may return the harp within 14 days of receipt if it is in perfect, like-new condition and in its original packaging.

• After 14 days, harps purchased through a payment plan are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

• All payments—including the down payment—are non-refundable.

Once all payments are completed, the harp is fully yours.

Buy-Back Option (After 14 Days)

If you no longer want your harp:

• After the 14-day return window, Stoney End may buy back your harp at consignment rates.

• Rates vary based on model, condition, and market demand.

• This option is available after the return window closes, or at any point once the harp is fully owned.

This gives customers a flexible path to resell their instrument even though payment plans do not allow returns beyond 14 days.

Care & Responsibility

While your payment plan is active, you are responsible for:

• Proper harp care, tuning, and handling

• Protecting the instrument from heat, humidity, pets, and accidents

• Keeping the harp safe from loss or theft

If the harp is lost, stolen, or irreparably damaged, you are responsible for the remaining balance of the harp’s purchase price.

Payments

• Payments must be made on schedule each month.

• Late or missed payments may incur fees.

• If payments stop, the remaining balance may become due immediately.

We will work with you to stay on track with your plan.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs are paid at the start of the plan.

• Your harp ships once the down payment is received.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping, duties, and taxes.
